We are a family business that learned about homeowners who loose their home due to a hardship resulting in the sale of their home from delinquent tax. There is often money due to them from that sale that if unclaimed will go to the county's piggybank.

The Black & White

When a homeowner cannot catch up on back taxes after a period of time, the tax man will take your home and sell it to the highest bidder to repay the taxes you owe. If there is a balance left over from the sale of your house, that money belongs to you. A basic effort from the county will be made to notify you, but no search will be pursued. After a period of time without proper strategic action, that money goes back to the county.

What we do

Being affected by hardships ourselves, Covid and family situations that are just a part of life sometimes, we've put a system in place to identify these properties and their former owners. We have relationships with knowledgeable professionals who we work closely with including the Counties themselves, Attorneys & Real Esatate Professionals. We go to work for you to find out what is owed to you, handle the necessary paperwork, file the claim, and set up the Attorney to appear if necessary. We work on a percentage basis, and nothing is paid out by you for our services until you get paid. If you don't get paid, neither do we.

It's pretty simple, if we have found you, there are funds owed to you. If you'd like to get them back into your bank account, we go to work. Nothing is paid by you out of pocket for us to do what we do best.

What does it cost me then?

We agree on a smaller percentage of what is collected. Much like an Attorney that works for you and collects nothing unless they win your case.
